My journey started in 1995, when people came to my Hypnosis practice to lose weight.   They’d say, “I'm addicted to sugar,” "I can't get motivated," or "I don't have any willpower."  

The majority of my clients were women in their fifties who had tried dozens of times to lose weight.  Many had successfully lost weight, but managed to gain it all back, plus some.   I began researching the differences between those who successfully kept weight off and those who didn't.  

It turns out, the missing ingredient to weight loss success is addressing the “head” part of losing weight.  I started “de-hypnotizing” people who had been conditioned since childhood to eat for emotional comfort

Once they experienced "brain freedom," their stress went down, the weight comfortably melted away!  They grew into a more empowered version of themselves, which ultimately led to sustainable health, happiness and peace of mind!
