Stressful emotions (anger, worry, guilt, boredom) cause us to wander down a path that's led millions of people to becoming obese and thoroughly unhappy.

Why does this keep happening? 

Because we've been conditioned since childhood to comfort ourselves with sugar-drenched foods, both by our family/culture and the continual marketing of money-driven junk food companies!

Yet, even though we feel completely exhausted, sick, or hate how we look, it's not enough to break the "SUGAR TRANCE" that millions of us are in.

Our emotional brain has been "hypnotized" to EAT! EAT! EAT! Most of my clients have been dieters from way back and they know this is a vicious cycle, but that doesn't help people escape it...
